was in this months Oxygen. I will be frank a lot of time I think the mags post some majour bunk anyways this is what she claims it is.

Meal 1
1/3 c. oatmeal
6 egg whites

Meal 2
1/3 cup brown rice
4oz chicken

Meal 3
5 oz lean ground turkey
1 c. green veggies

Meal 4
6oz white fish
1 c. green veggies

Meal 5
4oz chicken
1 c. green veggies

Meal 6
8 egg whites
1 1 c. green veggies

Rough break down

Calories 1200 Protien 65% Carbs 25% Fat 10%

Her comp weight is 125 @ 5'5

Thoughts and opnions on this? Do you really believe this is her precomp diet?
 
Her diet = Bor-Ring!!!!!!

I think I'd either 1) kill myself or 2) anyone else near me
 
It's fairly easy diet to follow.
Simple, easy to prep, bag and travel with.

You can make it interesting without getting crazy.

NO FAT....to slow digestion.......BUT supplementation makes a world of difference at pro levels....

you can look at a pros diet....know their bf and get a good estimate of what they are on

Oh ok.
That's easy to fix.

They don't make mention of any suplements either (non AS) - odd no?
