I mixed some of this shit up.... man there is a fucking gas cloud sitting at the top of the cup. WTF? I mean it is foamy and sudsy like I put dish detergent in it.

It ain't the taste... it is the nasty gassy filling on top. Damn I poured it out and ran my water to clean out the sink and it continued to foam. They must use DAWN for an additive. I mean, if I drank that I would have had gas all night long.

I have yet to find a reason to switch to another brand of protein from what I've been using for the last few years. Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey is as good as you can get. IMO.

its a typical whey....the chocolate isnt bad...neither is the vanilla...I drink mine in milk though
