Thx for the post!! Yes your are right about to never add a fast post workout, however the above meal you are referring to has less than 10grams of carbs and it was on a day that I was carb depleting therefore my calories come from my fats & proteins. Otherwise on days that are moderate-high carbs I do not have fats in my post workout shake but rather at the end of the day w/ a source of protein and not carb.
