Remember, the carb up fills you out, & may even make you look better, since you seem to be your own worst critic !!! :D

Take some pics for you, just to have as side by sides ... the day after I was full, muscles popped, I couldn't see it until I posted it ... so next year you can say ... ok carb up last year looked like *this* & have them for your reference, even if you never post ... document :)

SBT YOU ROCK!!! Thank you so much I am totally a huge soccer fan!!! If you find anymore cool images please post them on my thread and that goes to same for the rest of you!!! The secret is out!!! ISCHIA IS A CLOSET SOCCER HOOLIGAN!!!! I LOVE THE GAME!!! Used to be a soccer players, thats why my quads are so damn big... over developed :evil: lol...

Been doing lots of cardio during this world cup!!! ;)

** If anyone finds any soccer material that has the Italian team on it, please post it up**

Okay here was yesterday

Wake: 7am- 2 cardio thermo systems

7:20am: 1 hour cardio: 40 mins on dreadmill w/ occasional sprints & walking on incline & 20 mins on arc trainer burned = 625 calories

8:20am: 2 glucorells

8:45am: 1 1/2 scoop of pp w/ 3 strawberries & 1/3 cup of oatmeal w/ 1/2 cup of pp :p

9:20am: met up with my colleague and did some manual labor by cleaning out our company's storage unit moved heavy boxes .... counts as burned calories right..lol..

10:45am: 4 whites 1 yolk & 1/4 cup of oatmeal :p

12:30pm: 4 oz grilled chick & 2 cup of lettuce w/balsamic vingr & oil & 2 oz peanuts

2:30pm: 10 almonds

3:00pm: 1 hour & 20 mins of cardio (during world cup game Sweden v. Paraguay) burned 700 calories :evil: ;)

4:45pm: 1 cup of berries & 2 scoop of pp (post workout shake)

6:30pm: 1 cup of broccoli & 3/5 oz chicken

**got all dolled up and went to a graduation dinner at a nice rest w/friends**

8:45pm: 3 oz grilled sushi grade tuna steak w/ string beans!! :p (restaurant was able to accomodate me)... ;)

10:45pm: SLEEP

I am out !! Have a great day all!!!

4 WEEKS & 1 DAY OUT!!!!!!!!! YIPPEEEEEEEEEEEEEE :mix:

June 16th:

Wake: 6:45am - 2 cardio thermo systems ( NO Cardio this morning)

7:10am: 1 scoop of pp w/ 10 oz of water & ice & 1/4 cup of oatmeal w/ 2 tbspns of pp :p

8:00am: Friday business meeting :evil:

9:00am: 2 glucorells

9:30am: 6 whites & 1/4 cup of oatmeal w/ 1 tsp flaxseed oil & coffee :coffee:

12:00pm: 4 oz grilled chicken w/ 2 cups of lettuce balsamic vingr & oil

You are welcome hun!!! I searched for the Italian one first but that USA was best I can do but I am VERY glad that you like it :D

2:40pm meal 4: 6 whites & 1 cup of mixed veggies omlette

3pm: 1 hour of cardio (during soccer match) & some abs ;)

4:45pm meal 5: Post work out shake 2 scoops of pp w/ 1 cup of berries

6pm: Back in the gym w/ trainer for Shoulders

7:30pm meal 6: Going to a BBQ bringing my own chicken to throw on the grill w/ a large salad :p
