The guy that sits by me at work has been a soccer referree forever. He refs public games, high school games, etc etc. I'll see what soccer pics he might have. ;)
 
June 17th - 4 WEEKS OUT :evil: 1 st day of low carbing!!! another 9 days, here we go!!!

Wake: 8:30am: 2 GNC Cardio thermo systems

9:15am: 1 hour of cardio 30 mins on eliptical & 30 mins walking on incline burned about 500 calories

10:30am: post work out shake 2 scoops of pp w/ 1/2 cup of berries & 10 almonds

12:45pm: 6 whites & 1/2 cup of broccoli & 15 almonds

3:00pm: 3 oz grilled chick 5 pcs of boiled shrimp & 1 cup of salad

5:00pm: 15 almonds

6:30pm: 4 oz grilled chick 1 cup of lettuce

8:00pm: 4 oz grilled chick w/1 cup of cauliflower w/ balsamic vingr & oil & 10 almonds & 3 small strawberries

10pm: GOING OUT TONIGHT W/ GIRLS !!! Dancing!!! Should burn more calories doing so while sipping on my bottled water or diet coke ;)

Tomorrow going to a wedding!!! FUN!!!!

Okay Today!!!! last day for some carbs :chomp:

Got in from the wedding @ 3:30am :worried:

Wake: 7:45am- No Cardio

8:30am meal 1: protein shake w/ 1/4 cup of oatmeal :p

9:00am-12:00pm Busy w/ work (had cup of coffee to curb hunger)

12:00pm meal 2: 2 green tea capsules 2 cup of lettuce w/ 2.5 oz of grilled turkey & 2 egg whites & 1 yolk

3:30pm meal 3: 5 whites & 1 oz peanuts & 1 mango

4:00pm: Legs & abs & 1 hour of cardio (burned 675 calories on cardio alone)

7:00pm meal 4: 4 oz of grilled Tuna steak & 2 cups of lettuce

9:00pm meal 5: same as above meal

10:30pm: SLEEP ;)

OKay.... Saturday June 24th!!!

Wake: 8:45am

9:40am: 2 GNC Cardio Thermo systems

10am: cardio & abs

11:30am meal 1: 6 whites & 1/4 cup of oatmeal w/ 1 tsp flaxseed oil :p

1:30 pm meal 2: 4 oz chick w/ ice burg lettuce (discover a new concoction !! Lettuce chick wraps :p )

2:00pm: Shoulders & cardio

4:00pm meal 3: 4 oz chick w/ more lettuce & 10 almonds

6:00pm meal 4: 4 oz chick & veggies

8:00pm meal 5: Grilled chick salad or 6 oz of fish w/ veggies

*** Going out dancing tonight again!!! It is really fun cardio!!!*** ;)
