1 st day of low carbing!!! another 9 days, here we go!!!
Wake: 8:30am: 2 GNC Cardio thermo systems
9:15am: 1 hour of cardio 30 mins on eliptical & 30 mins walking on incline burned about 500 calories
10:30am: post work out shake 2 scoops of pp w/ 1/2 cup of berries & 10 almonds
12:45pm: 6 whites & 1/2 cup of broccoli & 15 almonds
3:00pm: 3 oz grilled chick 5 pcs of boiled shrimp & 1 cup of salad
5:00pm: 15 almonds
6:30pm: 4 oz grilled chick 1 cup of lettuce
8:00pm: 4 oz grilled chick w/1 cup of cauliflower w/ balsamic vingr & oil & 10 almonds & 3 small strawberries
10pm: GOING OUT TONIGHT W/ GIRLS !!! Dancing!!! Should burn more calories doing so while sipping on my bottled water or diet coke
Tomorrow going to a wedding!!! FUN!!!!
