Ischia's Log 2006

June 27th ( I think that is today's date) :worried:

wake: 9:30am (2 Gnc thermo cardio systems)

10am: 1 hour & 10 mins of cardio: 50 mins on dreadmill burned 500 calories & 10 mins on elipitical burned 100 calories = total burned 600 calories

meal 1: 11:30am: 2 cups of lettuce, 1/4 cup of peppers & onions 4 oz chick & balsamic vingr & 1 tsp flaxseed oil

meal 2: 2:00pm: 2 cups of romain lettuce & 4 oz grilled chick w. balsamic vingr & 1 tsp olive oil

4:00pm: Legs & 30 mins cardio

5:30pm: Grilled chick & veggies

6:30pm: Beach volleyball!!!!

8:00pm: Grilled chicken salad....

10pm: Sleep

Almost 2 weeks until comp - are you getting excited?? :)

I sometimes forget that I am getting ready for a competition...lol... but at night I always seem to remember....its messing up my sleep patterns... woke up yesterday like 3 times!!!!... so yes I am getting excited when I have time to stop and truly realize holy crap I am only 2 wks and 4 days out from the first show.... :worried:

So how have u been ice princess??? Ur avatar is freaking awesome home girl!!!! yEahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhaaaa...

June 28th....

Wake: 8:15am - 2 GNC cardio thermo system & 1 cup of coffee

8:30: 1 hour cardio walking on incline 10-15% @ speed 4.0-4.2 burned 520 calories

9:40am: tanning for 15 mins...

10am meal 1: 5 whites & 1/4 cup of oatmeal w/ 5 small straw. :p

12pm meal 2: 4 oz salmon w/ 2 cups of lettuce & balsamic vingr & oil

2pm meal 3: 4 oz grilled chicken w/ 2 cups of lettuce & balsamic vingr & oil

4pm meal 4: grilled chick & broccoli

6pm: Shoulders

7pm meal 5: grilled chick & broccoli

9pm meal 6: Tilapia

10pm: SLEEP ;)

I am doing pertty good Ischia - I will be even better in about a week!! Thanks for the compliment and best of luck to you!! I think that you will absolutely ROCK!! :heart:

2pm meal 3: 4 oz grilled chicken w/ 2 cups of lettuce & balsamic vingr & oil

4pm meal 4: grilled chick & broccoli

6pm: Shoulders

7pm meal 5: grilled chick & broccoli

9pm meal 6: Tilapia

10pm: SLEEP ;)

SBT U know it girl!!! I actually just ran out of cinnamon today!!!.. But I always throw some sweet and low and some cinnamon on my egg whites :p tastes like french toast!!!!!... I am feeling it!!!

So how have u been?? How is training going for you ;) ??

MMMM cinnamon egg whites, can't wait for that meal tonight now :chomp: Aww its going good hun... thank you for asking :D Legs are a little sore today though... I always put my training in my log though silly in case you ever get a spare sec to check it out ;)
