**Okay get this I was totally wiped yesterday from my very active day of cardio and weight training and beach volleyball that I passed out at 9:30pm** Well I am wide awake @ 2:30am and didnt fall back to sleep until 4:30am and yes well imagine what I did???? I ate 4 oz of chicken & 5 egg whites and 2 oz of peanuts...
.... I guess I was hungry!!! Anyhow here is what today looks like so far!!
Wake: 8:20am: 2 GNC Cardio Thermo Systems
8:30am: 5.3 mile trail
9:20am: 2 Glucorells
9:45am meal 1: 1 scoop of pro performance whey & 3 straws & 1/4 cup of oatmeal w/ 1/2 cup of pp
Then off to the beach!!!!
11:45am meal 2: 3.5oz yam 1/2 cup of spinach & 3.5 oz grilled chicken
12:45pm: feeling hungry so I had 10 almonds
2:30pm meal 3: 2 cups of lettuce w/ 4oz of chicken & 5 pc of boiled shrimp w/freshly squeezed lemon on top
(and home from the beach)
5:00pm meal 4: 4 oz grilled chicken w/ 2 cup of lettuce & balsamic vinegar & oil & 1/4 cup of oatmeall w/ some protein powder in it and 1 oz peanuts
6:30pm: Back & Abs & 1 hour of cardio
8:00pm meal 5: Post workout shake w/ 4 oz yam
10pm: 6 oz tilapia
10:30pm: SLEEP
