Okay so here it is: I feel like pure utter garbage which means the carb depletion is working and guess what today is my last day.. .YEEHHHHHHAAAA... Tomorrow it is back to carbohydrates!!!! YIPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEe... oatmeal and Yams!!!! they are calling my name!!! :p

Anyhow woke up at 7am and shut the alarm off and slept until 8:45 ...jumped out of bed to catch the 9am soccer game Japan v. Australia... took 2 GNC Thermo Cardio System and got my ass to the gym.. did 1 hour of cardio and burned 530 calories...

meal 1 10:15am: post workout shake: 3 straws. 2 scoops of pp & 10 almonds

meal 2 12:45pm: 6 whites & 15 almonds

meal 3 2:45pm: 1 scoop of pp w/ 2 straw & 2 oz peanuts

meal 4 4:45pm: 5 whites

5:30pm: trained legs.. no cardio (was feeling really shitty so trainer said go home)..

6:45pm: post workout shake ( and finally got to cook my chicken..lol)

9:00pm: FISH 6 oz tilapia w/ spinach salad...

10:30pm: SLEEP :verygood:

I am out!!!

June 13th.. Yipeeeeeeeeeeee CARB UP PEEPS!!!!

Wake: 7am - 2 GNC Cardio Thermo system tabs

7:20am: 1 hour of cardio: 40 mins on dreadmill burned 425 calories & 20 mins on arc trainer burned 250 calories= 675 cal. burned

8:20am: 2 glucorells

8:45am: post workout shake :1.5 pp w/ 3 strawberries & 1/4 cup of oatmeal w/ 1/2 cup of pp & 1 tsp flaxseed oil :p

10:30am: 1 glucorell

11:00am: 5 whites & 1 yolk & 1/4 cup of oatmeal

1:00pm: 3.5 oz grilled chick & 4 oz of yam & 1/2 cup of spinach

3:00pm: same as meal 3

5:00pm: Chest & Tri's - 30 mins cardio

6:00pm: Post work out shake: 2 scoops of pp w/ 1 cup of berries

6:30pm: BEACH VOLLEY BALL LEAGUE STARTS TODAY>>> ;) will let everyone know how that goes!! Very excited

8:30pm: 6 oz tilapia w/ spinach

Okay I am out!!!

June 14th

**Okay get this I was totally wiped yesterday from my very active day of cardio and weight training and beach volleyball that I passed out at 9:30pm** Well I am wide awake @ 2:30am and didnt fall back to sleep until 4:30am and yes well imagine what I did???? I ate 4 oz of chicken & 5 egg whites and 2 oz of peanuts... :evil: :worried: :evil: .... I guess I was hungry!!! Anyhow here is what today looks like so far!!


Wake: 8:20am: 2 GNC Cardio Thermo Systems

8:30am: 5.3 mile trail

9:20am: 2 Glucorells

9:45am meal 1: 1 scoop of pro performance whey & 3 straws & 1/4 cup of oatmeal w/ 1/2 cup of pp :p Then off to the beach!!!! ;)

11:45am meal 2: 3.5oz yam 1/2 cup of spinach & 3.5 oz grilled chicken

12:45pm: feeling hungry so I had 10 almonds

2:30pm meal 3: 2 cups of lettuce w/ 4oz of chicken & 5 pc of boiled shrimp w/freshly squeezed lemon on top :p (and home from the beach)

5:00pm meal 4: 4 oz grilled chicken w/ 2 cup of lettuce & balsamic vinegar & oil & 1/4 cup of oatmeall w/ some protein powder in it and 1 oz peanuts ;)

6:30pm: Back & Abs & 1 hour of cardio

8:00pm meal 5: Post workout shake w/ 4 oz yam :p

10pm: 6 oz tilapia

10:30pm: SLEEP :verygood:

Did you enjoy the carb up ? :) Gurl you should be hungry from the training you're doing ... :)

so we doin' 4 weeks out pics? 3? or ya gonna wait .. are you seeing minor changes every other day or so by now?

Def...some changes....but I dont think I will post pics up again until my next decarb!!... Gonna wait... or perhaps I might surprise you guys ;)

Felt good to run again and pump out my 5 mile run... lol... totally can not even think of doing that without carbs in the system!!!

BTW, I love it when u check up on me ;) Ur the best!!!
