June 9th 2006!! WORLD CUP STARTS TODAY>>> WOOT WOOT
Okay yesterday fell asleep @ 11:00pm.... and again woke up at 2:30am yes hungry but not starving so I laid in bed and tossed and turned till about 5am!!! so I decided to get the hell up and take a few shots since as of today I am officially 5 wks out
So CHECK OUT MY GALLERY FOR 5 WKS OUT PICS FRESH OFF THE PRESS!! ; I figured it was the least I owed you guys for being so damn supportive!! I love you all very much, the peeps here at Elite have truly been my #1 support system
Okay so here is the plan!!! Going to chug a liter of water w/ crystal light along w/ 2 GNC Thermo Cardio boosts (which are very light on the stomach )
6:20am: 1 hour of cardio (yes bullshit cardio)
7:30am meal 1: Post workout shake 2 scoops of GNC Pro perf. Whey & 1 cup of berries & 1 tsp flaxseed oil
8:30am: Meeting @ work
10:00am meal 2: 6 whites & 1 cup of string beans & 2 cups of coffee
12:00pm: 1st world cup match.. Germany v. Costa Rica
12:30am meal 3: 2 cups of lettuce or spinach & 4 oz. grilled chick w/ 1 tbspn of balsamic vingr & oil
3:00pm meal 4: 4 oz chick w/ 1 cup of steamed broccoli or string beans
5:00pm: Shoulders & 1 hour cardio session
7:00pm meal 5: post workoutshake & 1 tsp flaxseed oil
9:00pm meal 6: Boyfriend making a healthy surprise meal most likely broiled fish & lettuce lol (how cute)... ??? Going to D.C. tonight to visit my man and relax!!! Going to tour D.C. Saturday afternoon very excited!! !Food all packed and I am ready to go....
BTW: Water has been up to 2 gallons
