Wake: 6:45am * Ran out of cardio breeze and used my back up of GNC Thermo Cardio System** Not bad

7:30am: Cardio: 30 mins on arc trainer burned 300 calories & 30 mins on dreadmill walking @ 3.7-4.0 rmp @ an incline which ranged from 5%-15% squeezing the glutes and hammies ;) burned 300 calories total burned 600 calories ;)

8:30am: 2 glucorells & 1 Sesapure

9:00am: 2 scoops of ISO AGB & 1/2 cup of blueberries w/ 1/4 cup of oatmeal w/ splenda :p

11:00am: 6 whites & 15 almonds

1:00pm: 4 oz chick w/ 1/2 cup of broccoli sprayed w/ smart beat "fake" butter...lol.. zero cal & zero carbs... taste is pretty good

2:00pm: 4 oz chick w/ 1/2 cup of broccoli & 15 almonds

4:00pm: 4 oz chick w/ 1/2 cup of broccoli

5:00pm: Legs & 20-30 mins cardio (depending how I feel)

7:00pm: Post work out shake 1/2 cup of berries & 2 scoops of pp & 15 almonds

9:00pm: Broiled tilapia

10pm: SLEEP ;)

June 6th!!

Wake: 7:45am - 2 GNC Thermo cardio boosts w/ 1 pint of water

8:00am: 1 hour of cardio : 30 mins on dreadmill pace 3.5-4.2 rmp @ 5-15% incline (just walking on incline how boring).... burned 400 calories then 30 mins on arc trainer burned 200 calories ( low impact but fat burning cardio)... total cal: 600 calories burned

9:00am: 1 glurcorell & 1 Sesapure

9:15am meal 1: post workout shake 2 scoops of Maxprotein & 1/2 cup of berries & 5 almonds & 1 tsp of almond butter & 2 pc of broccoli florets ( I was starving this morning :evil: )

11:15am meal 2: 4 broccoli florets & 5 whites & 1 yolk

1:30pm meal 3: 4 oz chick & 1/2 cup of broccoli

3:30pm meal 4: 4 oz chick & 1/2 cup of broccoli & 10 almonds

4:00pm: 1 hour cardio & Abs

5:30pm meal 5: Post work out shake 1.5 scoop of max protein & 1/2 cup of berries

8:00pm: 4 oz grilled chick & 1 cup of broccoli

(working late tonight until midnight).... going to have to have another meal today around 11pm... most likely fish... will update later...

June 7th!!! Day three low carb or should I say more like NO CARB :evil:

Wake: 9:15am- 2 GNC cardio thermo boosts

9:45am: 1 hour of cardio 30 mins on dreadmill walking @ 4.0 rph & 5-10% incline burned 365 calories & 30 mins on arc trainer burned 280 calories

11:00am meal 1: post work out shake 2 scoops of pro performance pp & 1/2 cup of blueberries & 1 tsp flaxseed oil :sick:

11:30am: tanning for 20 mins w/ PREP H :worried:

2:00pm meal 2: 6 egg whites 1 tbspn of almond butter & 1 cup of broccoli florets

4:15pm meal 3: 1 cup of romain lettuce, onions, 5 slices of tomatos, cucumbers & 3 oz of chick w/ balsamic vinger & 1 tbspn oil

6:15pm meal 4: 4 oz grilled chick & 1 aspargus

6:30pm: Napped until 7:15pm... woke up and didnt feel too good in fact I started shaking and felt the blood sugar levels dropping so I immediately went into my kitchen and at a medium green apple & had 1/4 cup of oatmeal w/ 1/2 scoop of pp :p came back to life within 5 mins of eating that... ;)


8:00pm:Chest & Tri's & 1 hour of cardio (400 calories burned during cardio)

10:15pm: 2 scoops of whey & 15 almonds :p

11:30pm: SLEEP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey, Girlie! Just peeked at you gallery. The legs were looking great at 6 weeks out! Have any updates?!?!

That prep H has to feel similar to the YES! lol Sticks with ya' for a while :lmao: I've found that there's nothing like the sweet scents of YES & Victoria's Secret LoveSpell all entertwined! lol

Erggggg.....to more than 2 low carb days :( Eh....it's all worth it! :D

Wow thanks for the compliment.. you really think my legs look good for 6 weeks out?? my trainer keeps telling me that I am running right on schedule for I just can not help but be a bit obssesive about the legs... its what ruined my placing last year, I looked great, but the legs overpowered the upperbody... Anyhow I also use YES during morning cardio however I recently ran out and need to order more as well as more sesapure and I am going to give Thermorexin another try....

Anyhow, PREP H smells yucky and sometimes after the gym I tend to go grocery shopping and I reak like PREP H...I wonder what people are thinking as I walk pass them.... lol... :worried: anyhow thanks for the post any shows coming up?? is so where at???

Hang in there with the low carb I am there with you... I have another 6 days to go :worried:

Okay all I dont have much time so I will post what I can and get back to this thread later

First off TERRIBLE NIGHT of SLEEP!!! I think b/c I trained and did cardio so late. I woke up @ 2am starving :chomp: :chomp: so I made 6whites & sprinkled some straw flav. max protein whey and still found my stomach was burning a hole through it so I popped open a can of Tuna ( probably should not have done that b/c of sodium content but at that point I didnt care, I look like a blow fish anyway with all this water I can not stop drinking enough of).....

Okay so fell asleep around 4am woke up @ 8:20am and skipped morning cardio b/c my legs feel like they are going to fall off and they are still extremely sore from a leg workout I executed on Monday :worried: got the okay to skip morning cardio from the trainer......

8:30am Meal 1: 2 scoops of GNC Pro Performance Straw pp & 1 cup of straw & blueberries & 1 tsp of flaxseed oil ....

11:00am: 5 almonds & 3 oz of chick

2:00pm:4oz Grilled Chicken salad & 15 almonds :p

4:00pm: 3 oz grillled chick w/ 1 cup of lettuce & balsamic vngr & oil

5:00pm: Back & abs & 55 mins of bullsh*t cardio

7:00pm: Post workout shake 2 scoops of GNC Pro perf. & 8 oz water with 2 scoops of ice & 5 almonds

9:00pm: 4 oz chicken 1 cup of string beans & 2 boiled artichokes ;)


10pm: SLEEP (Hopefully) ;)

I am out... totally running late for work :worried:
