I LOVE YOU GUYS!!!!!.... (Okay that was really sappy ;))

Okay I am really in a hurry to get to a meeting just a quick post to let everyone know that starting today I will be carb cycling until Saturday and that today and tomorrow will have to be off days due to traveling for business... *SUCKS*.... anyhow, feeling great and positive about everything!!!

Miss you all and will post up again on Saturday!!! WIsh me luck with the decarbing... :worried:

I am backkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk!!! Just got back home today and staying away from the carbs went over great!!! Today I carb up again and have to get in a leg workout!!!!

Went running this morning around the area I was staying at, dont know how many miles but I I was out there for an hour....

Have to run will post my meals later on tonight.. miss you all

Wake: 8:30am - 2 cardio breezes & 1 liter of water

9:00am: 1 hour cardio: 40 mins on eliptical w/ sprints every 2-3 minutes for 1 minute burned 410 calories then dreadmill walking on incline changing incline every 2-3 minutes for 15 mins burned 160 calories total cal burned= 560 :evil:

** 1 glucorell, 1 green tea extract & 1 sesapure & 1 fish oil**

10am meal 1: protein shake w/ 1/2 cup of berries & 1/4 cup of oatmeal :p

** 2 glucorells**

12pm meal 2: 5 whites & 1/4 cup of oatmeal (which I am eating right now) :p

1pm: Bi's Tri's & chest w/ 35 min cardio session

** 2 glucorells & 2 Sesapure, 1 green tea extract**

3pm meal 3: post work out shake 2 scoops of pp & 1 cup of berries & 4oz of yam

5pm meal 4: 4 oz grilled chicken w/ 2 cups of lettuce & 3 oz yam

**2 sesapure & 1 green tea extract**

7pm meal 5: 4 oz grilled chicken w/ 2 cups of lettuce

9pm meal 6: 6 oz fish

10pm Sleep

3pm meal 3: post work out shake 2 scoops of pp & 1 cup of berries & 6oz of yam & 1 tablespoon of fat free sour cream :p

5pm meal 4: 4 oz grilled chicken w/ 2 cups of lettuce & 3 oz yam

**2 sesapure & 1 green tea extract**

7pm meal 5: 4 oz grilled chicken w/ 2 cups of lettuce

9pm meal 6: 6 oz fish

10pm Sleep

May 15th:

wake: 6am 2 cardio breezes & 1 liter of water

6:30am: Cardio: 30 mins intervals on treadmill burned 300 calories & 30 mins intervals on Arc Trainer 300 calories burned

7:30am: post workout shake w/ 1/4 cup of old fashioned oats :p

1 sesapure & 1 green tea extract

10:30am: 5 whites & 1/4 cup of oatmeal :p

12:30pm: 4 oz chick w/ 4 oz yam

2 sesapure & 1 green tea extract

2:30pm: 2 slices of green apple w/ 1 oz of chick

3pm: Back & Shoulders

4:30pm: post workout shake w/ 1/4 cup of oatmeal

2 sesapure & 1 green tea extract

6:30pm: 1 hour cardio session: 30 mins on treadmill & 30 mins on eliptical caloried burned 420

7:45pm:4 oz chick 1 cup of lettuce & 4 oz yam

10pm: 4 oz cod broiled

11pm: Sleep

Wake: 6am - 2 cardio breezes & 1 liter of water
* woke up at 4:30am wired :evil: .. didnt get a good night sleep*

6:30am: Cardio - 30 mins treadmill (intervals) calories burned: 280 & Eliptical 20 mins steady pace calories burned 180.

Felt really tired dont know if it is due to lack of sleep, the shitty weather we are having or what... definitely not carb depleted yet but will be starting a serious calorie deficit tomorrow. Trainer is having me drop calories down to 1100-1000 for only 7 days (This Wed thru next Wed) then jumping them back up... to cause a serious Shock to metabolism... not looking forward to it all!!!!

Here are the meals:

7:30am: 2 glucorells & 2 Sesapure

7:45am: Post workout shake: 2 scoops of ISO-AGB w/ 1 cup of straw & 1 tbspon of flax seed oil and 1/4 cup of oatmeal w/ splenda & cinn :p

9:45: 1 Glucorell

10:30am: 5 whites & 1/4 cup of oatmeal

12:25am: 1 glucorell & 2 sesapure

1:30pm: 4 oz chick 1/2 cup of veggies & 4 oz yam

2:00pm: Bi's Tri's & Abs & 30-40 mins of cardio

4:00pm: Post workout shake 2 scoops of ISO-AGB w/ 1 cup of berries & 1 tbspn of flax seed oil & 2 oz yam

6:30pm: 4 oz of grilled chick & 1/2 cup of veggies

9pm: 6 oz Cod

10pm: SLEEP....
