Wake: 6:45am 2 cardio breezes

Cardio: 40 mins eliptical & 25 mins on treadmill: total burned: 675 calories

8:30am Meal1: Post workout shake: 2 scoops of pp w/ 1 cup of berries & L-Cartine

10am: 2 glucorell & green tea extract

10:30:meal 2 6 whites & 1/4 cup of oatmeal

11am: 1 tbspn Almond butter :p

1pm:meal 3 4 oz chick w/ 1/2 cup of escarol & 4 oz yam

3pm meal 4:Grilled Tuna salad w/wasabi :p

5pm: Chest & abs and yes 30 mins cardio

7:30pm meal 5: post workout shake

9:30pm meal 6: 1 tbspn almond butter & 6 oz tilapia

10-10:30: sleep :verygood:

I am up and its 5am... 1 hour of cardio and then off to a 7:30 am board meeting... Arent you guys proud of me!!!!... 9 wks out and the time is ticking!!!!!

I will post up the menu later, I just had to let everyone know that I am up :spin:

BTW... cardio breeze doesnt taste so well on an empty stomach.. :sick:

Que & Scorpio: Thanks girls... i really appreciate it!!! I still some serious pounds and bodyfat to drop....but I feel good about it this year!!! Found myself another female competitor in my gym who I do cardio with in the morning and after my evening weight training... very happy... ;)

Okay here we go:

Treadmill: 40 mins alternating walking on an incline for 2-3mins then sprinting all out on a flat... :evil: it was evil but great!! then 30 mins on arc trainer..

6:30am meal 1: post workout shake & 1 liter of water

1green tea extract & 1 Sesapure

9:30am: meal 2: 5 whites & 1/4 cup of oatmeal

12:30pm:meal 3: 4 oz. Sushi grade tuna w/ 2 cups of lettuce & balsamic vinegar

3:00pm:meal 4: 4 oz chick w/ 1/2 cup of string beans & 4 oz yam :p

5:00pm meal 5: same as meal 4

6:00pm: legs & 20 mins of dreadmill (walking on incline)

7:30pm: Post work out shake & 1 & 1/2 tablespoon of almond butter

9:30pm: Fish...

Totals calories 1230 Fat 22 Carbs 66 Protein 189
10pm Sleep...
