Felt really tired dont know if it is due to lack of sleep, the shitty weather we are having or what

I do believe it is the weather. It's very dreary out today :sleep2:

May 17th The Beginning of my 7 day no-low carb meal

Wake: 6am - 2 cardio breezes 1 liter of water & 1 cup of coffee

6:45am: 1 hour cardio: 60 mins @ 4.0 pace @ 10% incline. (I occassionally changed the incline and speed but basically walking at a fast pace squeezing glutes & hammy the whole time)

7:50am meal1 : post workout shake: 2 scoops of ISO-AGB & 1/2 cup of straw w/ 1 tsp of flax seed oil

10:00am meal 2: 5 whites & 1 yolk w/ 1 tsp flax seed oil

12:30pm meal 3: 4 oz grilled salmon w/ 2 cups of spring mix

3:30pm meal 4: grilled chick w/ 1/2 cup of broccoli

5:30pm meal5 : shake w/ no straws & 1 tsp flax seed oil

7:30pm meal 6: 4 oz grilled chick w/ 2 cups of romain lettuce

9:30pm meal 7: 4 oz broiled tilapia

May 18th... I am still alive!! :)

Day Two of Low Carb..

Wake: 6am- 2 cardio breezes & 1 cup of coffee

6:45pm: 50 mins of cardio - 560 calories

8am: protein shake

10:30am: 5 whites 1 yolk & 2 ounces peanuts

1pm: 4 oz of tilapia

3:30pm: 4 oz grilled chick

6pm: 4 oz grilled chick

7pm: Trained Legs & 30 mins cardio walking on incline

9pm: Shake w/ 1 tsp flax seed oil

11pm: sleep

I am out!!!

Day 3- low to no carbs... (excuse any mispellings or non sense my brain is mush)..lol..

May 19th:

Wake: 7:15am 2 cardio breezes

8:00am: 1 hour cardio split 30 mins on spin bike & 30 mins on dreadmill & light ab work

9:30am: post workout shake 2scoops of Iso AGB w/ 2 tsp of crystal light & 1/2 cup of berries :p

10am: tanning :qt:

12:00pm: 5 whites w/ 1/2 cup of broccoli & 1 tsp of flaxseed oil & 1 ounce of salt free peanuts :p

2:00pm: grilled chick w/ steamed broccoli

4:00pm: Tilapia w/ 1tsp flax seed oil

6:30: Sashimi w/ no condiments ;) oh okay maybe a little bit of wasabi..

9:00pm: Grilled chick salad w/ 1 tbspn of olive oil and vinegar

11pm: Sleep :verygood:

I am out!!!
 
I LOVE cod!!!!! Your diet looks good! I feel for ya' with the low cals!

May 22nd

Wake: 6:30am: - 2 cardio breezes
7:10am: 40 mins cardio (walking on dreadmill on incline)
8:10am meal 1: post workout shake 20 oz. Isopure w/ 1/2 cup of straw * blueberries
10:15am meal2 : 5 whites
1:00pm meal 3: Grilled chicken w/ 2 cups of lettuce & 2 tablespoons of vingr & oil
4:00pm meal 4: Grilled chicken w/ 2 cups of lettuce & 2 tablespoons of vingr & oil
6:45pm: 1 ounce of peanuts (no sodium)
7:00pm: Shoulders & Back & 45 mins of cardio
8:45pm meal 5: Post workout shake
10:00pm meal 6: 4 oz tilapia ;)
10:30pm: Sleep
