Wake: 7am.. (dont ask why i was in bed by 1 am yesterday
)
meal 1: (should count for 2 meals way too many calories)**Woke up starving and ate 1/2 cup of cottage cheese, 1 bag of popcorn & 1/2 granny smith apple.. holy carbola**... went back to sleep
wake: 2 cardio breezes
11am: 1 hour Spin class & 20 min abdominal workout (boy did I have energy to kill with all those carbs)
meal 2: 1:00pm: 5 oz fish & 1/4 cup of oatmeal w/ 2 tablespoons of pp
2:30pm: biceps and triceps followed by a 5.3 job @ the resevoir (burn those carbs)
meal 3: 5:00pm: 1.5 scoop of pp w/ 1 egg yolk raw (Shake) & 1 granny smith apple
meal 4: 7:00pm: 5 oz grilled chicken w/ 2 cup of broccoli
( No more carbs for the rest of the day)
Meal 5: 8:00pm: Grilled chicken salad (2 cups of lettuce)
10:00pm Trying to get to bed early today got an early meeting tomorrow!!!
