Ischia's Log 2006

May 23rd 2006

wake: 6:30am 2 cardio breezes

Cardio 7:05am: 30 mins on dreadmill on 10-15% INCLINE burned 400 calories
and 30 mins on arc trainer burned 350 calories = 750 calories burned

8:10am meal 1: post work out shake 2 scoops of ISO AGB & 1/2 cup of blueberries :p

10:10am meal 2: 6 whites & 1.5 ounces of peanuts no salt

1:00pm meal 3: Grilled chicken salad w/ balsamic vgr & oil

3:00pm meal 4: Grilled chicken salad w/ balsamic vingr & oil

5:00pm: Bi's & Tri's & Abs / 45 mins of cardio

7:00pm meal 5: Post workout shake 2 scoops of ISO AGB & 1/2 cup of blueberries

9:00pm meal 6: 6 oz. tilapia :p

11:00pm: BED

Hey All I am Back!!!!

Havent posted in nearly a week, been very busy with work and then I went away to the Outerbanks in N.C. for Memorial Day weekend !!!! It was exactly what I needed!!! Ate clean and trained while I was away!!! ;)

Also I just finished a 10 day carb depletion and it was quite a shock to the body... looking a lot tighter and leaner and now that I have put the carbs back the workouts are a lot better!!!... ;) Feeling really strong!!

Anyhow Here is today's line up:

wake: 6am - 2 cardio breezes

6:30am: Cardio - 20 mins on dreadmill (intervals) burned 220 calories then 45 mins on eliptical (intervals) burned 420 calories = 660 calories

7:45am: 2 glucorells & 2 Sesapure

8:00am meal 1: 1/3 cup of oatmeal w/ 2 scoops of ISO-AGB & 1 ounce of peanuts no salt

9:45am: 2 Glucorells

10:20am meal 2: 6 whites & 1/4 cup of oatmeal

12:30pm meal 3: 3 oz of chick w/ 4 oz yam & 1 cup of lettuce

2:30pm meal 4: same as meal 3

4:30pm meal5 : same as meal 4

5:00pm: Shoulders and Back & 30 mins of cardio

7:00pm meal 6: Post workout shake & 4 oz yam :p

9:00pm meal 7: 6 oz tilapia

10pm: SLeep

When exactly is this, Jens? UofD is not too far from me. It would be great to finally meet you and also see Ischia compete. Keep me posted!

Heard back from the promoter.....but he didn't say where the show is - so I asked again!!

Looks like I'll be at the show all day working!! He may want me handing out trophies!!

Ish - did you get a flyer?? I'm apparantly on the back of it..... ;)

June 2nd: Low carb day....

Wake: Too tired no cardio this morning... :rolleyes:

8am: meal 1: 6 whites & 6 almonds

10:30am meal 2: 3 oz chick w/ 1 cup of lettuce & 1 tsp flaxseed oil

1:00pm meal 3: 1/4 cup of oatmeal w/ 2 scoops of ISO AGB & splenda & 6 egg whites

2:30pm: chest & Abs & 1 hour of cardio

4:30pm meal 4: Post workout shake 1 cup of blueberries & 2 scoops of ISO AGB.. :p

6:30 pm meal 5: 4 oz grilled chick w/ 1 cup of broccoli & 1 tsp flax seed oil

9:30 pm meal 6: 6 oz Tilapia

10pm: SLEEP :verygood:

I don't have any flyers either but I asked Bruce to mail me one....hopefully he'll send me a few...
