Is too much protein making me fat and flat?

actually i think if you up your fat levels perhaps with omega369 supps and lower you carbs by a third you may get your results

The two cups of rice at 9:45 looks a bit excessive. Even if it's brown rice, that's a bunch of carbs for that late at night.

230 meal lose the bread add romain lettuce
lose the broccoli for your last meal
add flaxseed meal
snack on pumpkin seeds or nuts
add more pbutter

I have revised my meal plan a bit with the advice of some good brolies on here. I cut back my protein intake to 200 grams, increased my carbs slightly to around 350 grams, and added more fats in my diets, almonds, olive oil. My total caloric intake has slightly decreased and I have drastically cut protein down to no more than 25 grams of protein per meal.

hehe looks like u just went w/ ur gut feeling and not what people were telling you. Thats the diet that u asked the question w/. Up carbs, dec protien. I for one would have added healthy fats, kept protien the same and changed the placement of ur carbs.

You obviously want to shred bf more than gain muscle. You prob wont be able to do both at the same time efficiently. BTW its winter time soon, keep a shirt on and if u gain a some bf no one will know. Then cut up by spring.

Your protien is now probably too low, and you are probably below your maint. caloric intake.

Up your protien again, eat ur carbs after workout, and add natural pb to ur diet. Add some cottage cheese right before bed (caesin) You should fill out nicely.
