OK - heres the story...
Ive been doing rather well with my diet and had planned to refeed next Friday since last weeks got a bit over the top and it took me all week to get back to where i was. However, Wednesday I fell rather ill. Flu-like stuff and have been just really sleeping A LOT. So took off Thursday and Friday and tried to just do it andget back in the gym today but it didnt work out too well and i only made it to the cafeteria where i ate the following:
2 bowls of strawberry yogurt with granola, a bowl of cinnamon and sugar oatmeal, a bowl of cream of wheat with strawberry crap in it and 2 blueberry muffins. I am now not only sick but feel like my blood sugar is dropping so low i might pass out. Not to mention, I am hypoglycemic. What should i do?? i want to fix this up right away but my stomach is so full i dont know if i can down anything to counteract this horrible feeling of sweatiness bloat and tiredness!!!!
HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh dear - I know the feeling. Usually, what I do is just go straight to bed and sleep it off :) Drink lots of water when you wake up.

..... well, if it's night time.

Or you could try eating some fibrous carbs and protein if you can get them in. Maybe a few nuts?

Sorry, I don't really know that much about it, but those ideas should help a little - I've never tried to fix that feeling - just, sort of live with it or pass out.

Oh, well that's no help then :) It's 12am here, time for bed - I wish I'd just eaten what you did - I'm envious, lol.

Well, have a cup of strong coffee for now, then as soon as you feel like you can fit anything in, have some protein and fat. Or something much lower GI - munch on some celery or cucumbers or something - that should help.

'kay, good luck and g'night :)

(Hope your flu gets better - it's good to eat at least maintenance when sick - your body doesn't have the resources to repair itself otherwise, so you're OK)

diddo on the water, drink up!! Go for a long run - or if you can't even think of running so full, walk! Go for a hike, bike ride - just be active. Ahh, sugar. Necessary Evil.
