Part of my precontest diet I'm doing 10 egg whites and a whole egg meal 1.
I came across muscle egg which is a liquid and has received phenomenal reviews.
Only thing I can see that may be a negative is 300g sodium in a 10 egg white equivalent .
Is this too much sodium this far out from a show. A single egg according to the nutritional facts has 10g sodium so I see the muscle egg being less.
Any input on this ?
