A lot of fast food joints offer decent meals for those who are watching fat and carb intake and want as much protein as possible.
My favorite is the Grilled Chicken Salad at Wendy's with fat free franch dressing.
Runner up is their grilled chicken combo, but change the fries to a baked potato with shredded cheddar on top and Iced Tea to drink (no carbination).
