Is it ok to go on a 95% PROTEIN DIET FISH SOLE / EGG WHITE /WHEY POWDER?

i dont wanna do high fat crap results are too slow, . i wanan do protein only.

basically eat lots of fish sole (has almost no fat, and shit loads of protein) , egg whites for breakfast and some more fish sole/whey throughout the day and maybe some chicken breast. keeping carbs 0 , fat extremely low and cals around 1400/day (350grams protein/day almost no fat and 0 carbs or almost none).

is that the most effective fat loss agent?

cuz im impatient and need to shed fast.
 
No that won't work very well. In the absence of both carbs and fat your body will simply resort to converting some portion of the protein into glucose anyway. It would be like shooting yourself in the foot.

If it was quick and easy to shed bodyfat, everyone and their uncle would be walking around ripped to the core.
 
jay cutler when cutting goes on fish sole/egg white/whey powder diet. also all pro bodybuilders old school would usually go on a meat/water diet.

even stallone went on this egg white only diet after movie copland when he was 250lbs and had to shed down to 170lbs.


as long as cals are decent , i wont be tired right.
 
maybe i just go on a all protein diet and buy some flax oil and add some to each meals for the goodd fats then id be complete?

Your missing a big key element. Fibre.

And your total calories are way too long.

Eat 10-12 x bw in calories for fat loss.

You also need a refeed once a week.

You need enough calories to maintain your muscle mass, otherwise youll loose it all (along with your fat of course) and youll be back at square one. Trust me bro, i've done it before.

A refeed is a day where you eat a tonne of carbs and a lot more calories than you would normally. After dieting for a few days, your metabolism slows drastically, a refeed speeds it up again.
