I've been slowly developing a body builders diet over the last few years. Within the last couple weeks I have seriously buckled down and been on point weighing everything out and feeding my body what it needs to grow. Here's a look at a typical day. I am looking for some input on ways to improve it. I am currently 5'10 205lbs roughly 10-12% BF. I am looking to save as much muscle as possible and trim down to 190.

Meal 1: 730am
cup FF greek yogurt mixed with: 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 scoop whey protein and a banana. Black coffee

Meal 2: 11am
5-6oz (cooked) meat (chicken, pork tend, lean beef, bison, turkey) 5oz (cooked) brown rice

Meal 3: 2pm
5-6oz meat (chicken, pork tend, lean beef, bison, turkey) 5oz (cooked) brown rice

Meal 4: 5pm
3-4 oz meat OR 2 tsp of all natty PB and an apple or banana

6-730pm workout
730pm: PWO shake

Meal 5: 830pm
6-7oz meat, med size baked potato, cucumber with a splash of EV olive oil and balsamic or 1 cup of veggies

Meal 6: 1030
1/2 cup FF greek yogurt with 2 tsp PB

works out to be:
Protein: 266g
Carbs: 150g
Fats: 60g
total calories: 2200-2350 depending on meats
1.5 gallons of water a day
one carb up day (Thursday) where I will add brown rice to my PWO meal with the potato
one cheat meal a week usually on a sunday
 
I just started a ketogenic diet and have already dropped 2lbs In BF. it takes some getting used to as compared to a bulking diet but man I feel a lot better on it.

6' 198lbs. Started at 200lbs.
 
I haven't really looked too much into a keto diet. It's def one I want to look into once I feel I have mastered my basic diet
 
It's a rough one to follow since you're changing your cellular structure to burn far instead of carbs for energy. It does have side effects that go with it. I'm still in the lethargy stage. I'm dead tired.
