In need of some diet help!!!!

Hi, There

I am looking to shed some body fat. I have been dieting for a month and seemed to be on the right track. I have lost 10 pounds already!!BUT the pounds have stopped coming off?? I am 6'3'' 32yrs old 245 lbs 20% body fat. I will post my diet so i can find out what i need to change to reach my goals of losing at least another 20lbs.


8:00am: 24g ON Whey protein
9:00am: 1 hole egg 4 egg whites 1 cup oat meal
11:00Am: hand full of almonds
12:30pm: 1 chicken breast 3 medium shrimp W/ broccoli and carrots
3:00PM : can of tuna w/ tbls of fat free mayo
5:30 :Pre work out: 24g On Whey Protein
6:30 :Cardio 30min. 3x week
7:00 :PWO 48g ON Whey protein 1 bannana
7:30 1 Chicken breast W/ broccoli carrots

I know it is not a great diet, so i will take all the advice that i can get. What should i add/take out?Thanks in advance for any help!!!

ok if this assumption of what ON protein is is wrong then im sorry but im gonna assume its some form of protein you are getting from drinking like a shake.. anyway try to kick some of them out with more real food like lean beef or some sea food. i dont know if that would make a big difference with losing weight but typically a person should try to get all there protein from solid foods.

are you doing any cardio? if so how often? are you working out? how often?
 
Diet looks decent. When you plateau, it may be time to play around with your carb intake. Research carb cycling. It also may be time to add another cardio session, or simply switch up the intensity
 
Good tip I picked up from 8/20 aka Guardian... use casein protein before bed with some good fats (I use cottage cheese)... this is one way that you can cut out some liquid nutrients in favor of "real food" =). You will also sleep better.
