:worried: my clothes seem to be a lil tighter or feel like it anyway
work has been draining me this week and weird thing is i have one less day to work because of holiday and i cant seem to get up to go to the gym
off the point:
im am really happy because i had hair half way down my back and i finally cut all of it of after 4 years and now its really short it spikes in the back and resembles a high angle cut but is really short ,anyways everyone says they like it and it makes me look taller and thinner and more toned :qt:

heres a question though
i am really tired but my mind is in every other thought but sleeping and my hips are hurting and im nausious horribly i started feeling that way at about 2 am and cant kick it ,also i have been having more heart palpitations lately u know the ones where ur heart feels like it just did a flipflop in ur chest, kinda scary though it happens at least 2x a day or more
im so tired my eyes hurt but whenever i fall asleep im awake again within minutes
maybe im sick or just suffering work side effects lol
what do u think

since that day i havent really felt the same but that day after i posted in her- i slept til 2:43 pm and i had to be to work by 4 so i was rushing like crazy for work and eating ,wow what a week
but in the end when it came to pay time it was all worth it :qt: :qt:
now its just relax time for a week or two
i sure love making my own schedule

well im not too up to par this last week sucks
i have been so lazy and cooking and cleaning
i weighed myself and i about passed out omg im too embarrassed to even say so please dont ask
my honey says its muscle too but i dont see any of that
i havent went to the gym since last monday and i benched 95x3 thats impressive even for me because he didnt even tell me how much he was putting on and i sure didnt look but i did it
i have only benched 3 times total ever
he had a contest to go to so i got to be lazy and help him prepare but omg im going to be sore and pushing myself this coming week im kind of excited and scared
 
Sounds like you might be a bit bloated and PMSing.

Watch your diet. Eat right and try to avoid salty stuff for water retention.

Hang in there...this will pass and you'll feel better again before long. :heart:

and this month my breasts have been more sore than usual

well i have been to the gym squatting 2 more times since i last posted in here and yesterday- friday i went up in my squatting and im up to 155 lbs, i tried for 160 but i had either syched myself out or else i didnt wait enough time in between lifts i almost had it but no luck- next time for sure.

Just a dumb question that I really SHOULD know...
Smith machine is the one with the bar that's attached and slides up and down, right?

Is there really any huge benefit to using that vs. the regular old-fashioned bar? I always use it for squats, benching, etc just because I don't have a spotter so it's a little safer (I'm far too busy to worry about finding someone to work out with me that can fit into my schedule, and none of my roommates or friends lift or have any desire to do so.)

yes that is the smith machine, luckily for me i have my bf there to spot me, he says the smith machine teaches improper form and free squatting makes you stronger. i myself just listen to him.
