FROZEN PEANUT BUTTER PIE
Mmmmm.
Serves: 12 ( I know I could get at least 150 servings outta this one)
464 cals. 38 g's fat(15 sat) 9 g's protein, 30 G'S CARBS!!! Holy shit!
2 1/4 cups heavy cream ( Just spread it on your ass and hips cuz this is where it'll end up)
1 1/4 Cups Chunky Peanut butter
1 C. Powdered Sugar
1 C. Minature peanut butter cups(about 15) plus 6 LARGE peanut butter cups
1 Prepared 9-inch chocolate crumb piecrust
In a small saudepan, heat 2-gether 1/4 cup heavy cream, the peanut butter and 1/4 cup powedered sugar over med. heat until smooth. Remove from heat and cool to room temp.
Beat 2-gether remaining 2 cups heavy cream and the remaining 3/4 cup powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
Fold cooled peanut butter mixture into whipped cream along w/ the chopped peanut butter cups. Spoon into prepared pie crust. Top with the large p-b cups.
Freeze until semi-frozen, about three huors!
