It's not on my list of supplements, so it wouldn't play into it. Clen lowers T3 levels so I wouldn't use it.

wouldn't it already be significantly low from the amount/types of food eaten? hence why I thought the t3 supplementation was in place :) however, yeah... probably best to stick to what Mr.X has layed out, it looks solid.

Question though... Mr.X have you done this diet before or know people that have?

I saw a story about some bodybuilder who was 9% bf 21 days out from competition, and he did t3/2dnp cycles/cytraden and primo/test pop 500g protein/day + flax oil and broccoli... and got shredded (somewhere around 4%), pretty crazy for 21 days :p
 
i don't hear about dnp anymore? is it harder to get post 9/11 due to it's "quasi explosive capabilities" lol

a hell of a lot of hiit without remorse, and a boring ass hi protein low carb medium fat diet, then take extra care in the last week to carb load and sodium deplete, then properly dehydrate (via the last 2 things i mentioned) use glycerol 24 hours before to bring out vascularity and striations, and pump before and during the shoot

personally try the ECA stack, if anything itll help control cravings

you can do it but you have shit all time to play with. even getting a flu or something will throw you

did i mention the hiit? lots of hiit? gruelling vomitous hiit?

tell us how it goes, im curious
