a hell of a lot of hiit without remorse, and a boring ass hi protein low carb medium fat diet, then take extra care in the last week to carb load and sodium deplete, then properly dehydrate (via the last 2 things i mentioned) use glycerol 24 hours before to bring out vascularity and striations, and pump before and during the shoot
personally try the ECA stack, if anything itll help control cravings
you can do it but you have shit all time to play with. even getting a flu or something will throw you
did i mention the hiit? lots of hiit? gruelling vomitous hiit?
