Here's the sito...

I've got a shoot in exactly 34 days from today. It's based on my old pictures at about 5% bodyfat...I'm now at a sorry ass 11%.

So what's the 30 day get your ass ripped program?? I don't give a damn if it's all liquid lol....as long as i can get ripped quick and maintain it. If you're willing to put time into it.....i'd even pay for the program. Somebody get at me w/ the truth.....

Thanks

are you prepared to lose muscle as well? cus in that short of a time span, getting to single digits will cause losing some muscle. if so, just do a ton of cardio and eat sensibly. maybe someone else can give u a more specific answer

Not-so-natural Fat-Fast diet

That diet should be for you....

There are no solid foods in that diet. Just curious, how does the body maintain energy levels needed for the exercise with such a program?

Through the use of Ketones / FFAs (free fatty acids). With the fat fast you'll hit ketosis in no time allowing for you to have a fat-burning metabolic rate w/ internal fat stores being used for energy. It's an EXTREME version of atkins in a sense, just w/ more protein.

x,

My grams of protien vs. carbs are relatively the same correct? And is this diet cool w/ out the anabolics? What is the projected ketosis timing?

Thanks

no, Mr.X's FatFast has very very low carbs, and if you don't use anabolics with it, you'll loose more muscle, and if you don't use the t3, your metabolism will become too slow and you won't burn as much fat. (theoretically) -- I've never done it.

Lots of people complain about energy levels, but actually before I got into lifting weights, I'd be lucky to eat over 1000 calories /day and I ran usually 8km each day, my energy levels were fine and that is pretty significant at a hieght of 6'3 (at the time) I'm now 6'4. I didn't purposely keep calories that low, it just turned out that way because I was comfortable eating that much. I think you adapt to the amount of food you eat with time, but surely if you're used to eating circa 3000 calories a day and drop it 1,500 or less, you're gonna notice something initially :)

Re: X

My grams of protien vs. carbs are relatively the same correct? right about, check the diet manual And is this diet cool w/ out the anabolics? probably wouldn't be the diet for you w/o AS What is the projected ketosis timing? most likely 3 days or less

I suggest you look into a long-term CKD if FF is not an option, check out my CKD manual - same place
