IGF-1 DES, Pre or Post Workout?

I am still trying to figure out if IGF-1 is better if administered pre or post-workout. I've heard a lot of people say PRE. Is there anyone who has used this POST workout that can tell me how it worked for them? Also, if you have done PRE, please tell me how it worked for you. Thanks.
 
Ive used gwps des pre and post.

Love the pre but more so just for the pumps. Actually long term results were better post.

I know some buddies doing des pre and lr3 post and love it.
 
I tried igf1-lr3 preworkout and I kept getting so fucken hungry midworkout! I had to stop but post I love it.
I keep a full pin in a diabetic pouch from Walmart (comes with a freezpak and pin right after a work out.

I have researched the crap out of it and it's the best to use DES pre-workout and use lr3(if you are going to) post-workout.

100mcg pre-workout and 50-100mcg of lr3 post-workout.
 
Mechano growth factor (MGF) also known as IGF-1Ea is supposed to be similar to IGF- DES in that it elicits localized muscle growth. Maybe someone with experience with both can explain the pros and cons between the two, and when they should be used.

mgf is more stem site growth.... it makes more muscle fiber stem sites which are needed for growth. IGF des or lr3 is much different. from everything ive seen you wana do mgf post wo, about 30min or so. and you wana pin each muscle more than once. each time you pin you will create a new stem. even with peg mgf. but ive used it 200mcg sub q, very very hard to tell the results since im in pct and was only using this one slow acting peptide.

i would do 40mcg des, bi lat, than 3- 50mcg pins bi lat. post. 30min post. giving your natty mgf time to come and go.
