for some people, not eating mcdonald's and taco bell everyday, with a normal diet rich in protein and somewhat lower fat, even witout steroids, anyone would gain some muscle and loose excess fat. With the right cycle, and dedication...even better. I bet if everyone at clean, but i mean clean and perfect, this would definately be possible. Not sacraficing too many calories, but only eating good calories packed with protein and lower fat moderate carbs...but eating perfect isn't easy.
