Yup some people are different my home made shakes contain
40 grams Whey
40 Grams Micellar Casein
20 Grams Milk Isolate
16 oz 1% ilk and am hungry 1 hr later.
I go through 10 lbs of Whey and 10 lbs of Micellar Casein a month-if not more sometimes.
No noticeable amount in excretions, no noticeable amount in fat gain...no gas or indigestion...it's going somewhere..it's feeding the machine.
I routinely take in 6-800 grams a day even when clean.
3-4 coming from daily shakes, pre and post work out shakes, and night time shakes.
You'll never break barriers in my opinion-at least I didn't-until you start protein loading.
Yes my bodyfat is a little high 12%, and when cutting I will eat 5-600 grams and reduce shakes/milk products..it's all an indivdual choice.
240 I ate 300 grams
260 I ate 500 grams
280 I ate 600 grams
290 + I eat 6-800 grams a day.
Juicing levels have-if anything-stayed the same o'er the years.
Just goes to show for me-extra protein was the factor for the most part.
