Besides the farts, it's good to eat real food. Right now I take 3 shakes a day, each contain 90-100 grams of protein, and then a 3-5 real meals. That seems to work the best for me.
Thats been argued to death a million times. I'm up 20lbs in three weeks, I don't think I'll lower the amount now. I'd rather take in too much, rather than too little. If I was off cycle, I would only take 1gram per lb, or around 270-300grams daily.
Sk, where can I get some? These farts are out of control. I wanted to bulk clean, so to make up for missed calories, I upped the protein big time, but I don't know how much more I can take this gas! My girl isn't too happy about it either! LOL
