Miss ya guys....no baby making now...IP worked way to hard in her training

Hey Guys!! Just wanted to let everyone know that Nelmsjer and I have finally made it to Ecuador...it is absolutely beautiful here and this morning we enjoyed a nice fasted sprint workout on the beach this morning, followed by some fresh fruit and egg white breakfast on our porch overlooking the beach. Life is treating us well

GG...no worries here, just lots o' practicing going on...
