Everything you need for post cycle recovery is available in Mexico - you just need to know where to look. There is a popular granero that is partnered with a pharmacy that is in very close proximity. They have an abundance of HCG, Clomid (Clomifene), and Nolvadex (Tamoxifen). I've only been able to find HCG in the 10,000iu kits, but it is easily cut down and dosed properly.

For future reference, the key to effective post cycle recovery is to prevent atrophy. I typically use HCG during my cycle for prevention, and HCG/Clomid post cycle for recovery.
