im doing an 8 week cycle of sus 250 at 500mgs and monday will be the start of week 5 the only bad thing is im really not gaining that much weight maybe a couple of pounds thats it but strength is insane my max 2 weeks ago was 240 and yesterday i got 225 for 7 and 275 for once i just look a little more ripped and thats it whats up wit that
 
Sounds good bud....Whats your diet like ? Most of the time your diet is to blame if your not geting the results you feel you should be.

Take the time to make sure you are eating right, so that when you get off the test, you don't crash and look stupid with a bunch of stretch marks. 275lbs bench is awesome if you can still keep the strength and size, but if not, what's the point?

I've gained a good 5 lbs this week alone, and I'm shooting for 40lbs by end of December. I hope to keep 30lbs when I'm done PCT.
 
There is really no way of telling how much more growth you have left during this cycle. Saying you drink lots of water and consume 200grams of protein daily is not really telling me much. Maybe if you went more in depth into your diet we would be able to pinpoint the problem, if in fact it lies in your diet.

like mustang said we need some more info. How much do you weigh now, what type of bodytype are you? what do you weigh now and how tall are you. Sounds to me that you need more protein unless you weigh about 125 lbs now. Some guys respond later than others , you may want to consider running a 10 or 12 week cycle if you have the gear. When you say you eat everything in sight, how many calories are you taking in and of what? Get with these ?s and bros like mustang and others can pinpoint the problem.


Ps Obviously the gear is good with strength gains like that. :)

when did you start noticing the strength?
for me thats the first indication. like with var in particular, on my first cycle my strength gains were almost scary i just kept eating clean and a TON, next thing ya know i gained over 20 lbs on var! so all i can suggest to you is keep on eating!
 
What is your training like? Your dsiet has to be in check buif your not training righ tyou will not see the gains you want either.
