200 grams of protien? Bro, my first bulker I started 6 weeks after my first cycle (cutter for a show), I went from 185 to 230 (alot of water and fat... I didn't use any anti-e's) in 8 weeks on 250 mg of test/200 mg of deca a week. I added two plates to the bar for all of my working sets on bench, and over a 100 lbs to my squats by week 8. Was benching 405 for 5 reps, and squating (hamstrings to heels) 455 for 8.

I shot for 500 grams of protien and 6000-7000 cals a day. After completing my PCT I droped down to 212, with a bit more bodyfat than I started, but still a net weight gain of 27 lbs.

To be completely honest 200mgs of protein is very little to bulk. Give us your stats and meal plan and perhaps we can help you out to achieve what you desire
