My business model is going to be a strip club catered to straight couples as well as singles of either gender. Basically, the idea is to have male and female strippers on the stage together or maybe have two stages close together, one with a guy stripping and the other with a lady. I wonder if couples would find it enjoyable watching a strip show together.

Maybe it would have a couple on stage dancing erotically with each other. I know guys are going to say that they don't want to see a guy's dick at the strip club, but when you're watching straight porn, you see a naked guy so what's the difference.

Haha, take it from someone who's worked in the business......."IF" you get something up and running and make decent cash, you're going to get a visit from the local Italian club. They're going to gently (at first) insist you sell your assets at a very reasonable price being as their fine upstanding businessmen of the community.

And that's if you get it up and running. GOM's estimates for startup are actually cheap. If you're near any bustling metropolis count on triple that. You want to be where you'll attract the most high power clientele......they float your business........and you're not going to get them in the boonies.

And then there's the girls....... Seriously, consider making your GM a woman..........cause the men get so fed up with the daily...no hourly bullshit that they become incompetant managers cause they stop fucking caring. You got to have a tough lady running things though.......someone that will put her foot down. My old GM said it's like being married to 20 + girls every night.....non stop. Strippers are some of the coolest chicks ever.......but they are also some of the most fragile girls. Alot of them don't realize that a strip club is the one place where the man holds all the cards........they have to go to him. Men can sit back and let the women go to work on them. So alot of times the top girls in a club are not the outright hottest, they're the ones with the best game. For this I advise you to hire as many russian girls as you can.........they get it..........and guys love em for it. Russian girls are goldmines.
