I need help with a simple cutting diet

Why do you need carbs?

I'm not trying to be facetious, but to my understanding you can survive on protein and fats alone.
 
And as far as health is concerned...... We got bros on here blasting 3+ grams of gear a week on top of slin and stims.

I really doubt a 8-12 week muscle sparing keto diet is going to permanently wreck someones health.


But to each is their own. You can get ripped up eating 40/40/20 as long as you energy balance is right.
 
keto diets have plenty of negative health effects. polumbo took the known horrible adkins diet and added the slight daily carbs and reefeds to improve it but it doesnt ully remove the negative health bennefits. i dont like to coppy and paste just google the negative aspects of keto. in addition to the negative health effects of lack of carbs (grains in perticulor) you are eating high fat (healthy fats are not exactly healthy when cunsumed in extreme quantities) and you are really screwing with your pancreas. bor a bber who uses steroids it is a verry bad idea to remove grains, add fat, and throw the pancreas through a circus. it would take books to explain it all and im really not verry good at writing. if you start researching it im sure you will see the light here.


in a nut shell
steroids, hard training, extra mass are all verry taxing on the heart in a few diferent ways. grains and low fat are good or the heart.

muscle building diets are bad on the pancreas and often lead to diabetes just the same as it does for the fat ass that eats at mcdonalds daily. smacking your pancreas around with the no carbs high carbs shifts makes things worst.

your point of the grams of gear, slin ect dont pertain to my statement or your question. i just stated that the diet is poor for your health and there are other efective options that are a lot better for your health.

and i know your not being facetious. neither am i. by the way your sig vid sucks. all geared up for the finally that never happens. i had to watch twice just to make sure.

You do make legit points, but anyway you shake it this cut/bulk/aas/lift to the extreme lifestyle takes a toll on our bodies in the long run. A moderate diet and lite cardiovascular training is the key to longevity it would seem. I don't see many people recommending that alone on here too often :D


I just took down the signature. Not sure if you noticed the "Pedo Bear" chasing the little baby in the background. I'm sure most people didn't notice waiting for those tits to pop out lol

If ur trying to slim down n loose the gut then a keto diets not for you, neither are drugs....

If ur an extremest then hay depends on ur goals, what you have tried an the risk ur willing to take..
