Alright guys, help me out here please. I have a younger brother he's 15 5'10" 220lbs 18% BF. I tried to explain the importance of a great diet plan and kickass workout routine. He seems to think he can get ripped like me just doing workouts I do. The thing is I would design a diet plan for him but its hard enough for me to make my own.
