i need diet help

I am currently 156 lbs and 5'7...i'd have to estimate im around 24 percent body fat and i want to know what sort of diet i should go on. I'm a teenager so i've been eating absolute crap ( my normal lunch would consist of chicken fingers, fries, a snapple and maybe a cheese pretzel) I have ammended that lunch to a tuna sandwich and snapple, but i want to speed up my metabolism and i could use some help in making a diet. I lift 5 times a week and my goal is to have the same weight but around 14-15 percent body fat. (basically i want to lose weight and gain it back in muscle) Also if there are any supplements or meal replacements you'd reccomend, that'd be much appreciated.
 
24% body fat? I would say for starters, buy some protein powder, stop eating the junk food and pop a can of chicken instead. You can put hot sauce on it so it does not become to bland. Work out 3-4 times a week and add some low-medium intensity cardio for 45 minutes. Just get used to eating more protein, less fatty food and starches, more complex carbs. Use the protein powder throughout the day, but iwth water, not milk. Eat 5-6 times a day but healthy stuff. Chicken fingers arent that bad I guess, but drink lots of water and eat chicken, tuna, fish, and you'll be on your way. If you want a strict diet then do a search, there are plenty, check Mr. X's all natural peanut butter diet or Swole Cat has a diet plan that works great.
 
also, for your fat intake, get some fish oil or flax seed oil, very healthy and it will naturally help to speed up your metabolism.
 
you dont have to take any oils with the ANPB diet because the oils are natural, healthy oils. Mr. X said it is not necessary.
 
just one quick question...could you explain the whole refeed thing?

btw i got some whey protein by ON ... seemed like it was good for my purposes.
 
i don't really know what i was thinking last night but im pretty sure that im actually around 14-15 percent body fat. What I want out of the diet is to be able to see my abs and get rid of the fat deposits there. Today was the first full day on the diet and it went very well...not hungry at all and no cravings for garbage foods!

Here are some pics My lowest set in my abs is what is the most covered...i can give a good pinch there, but everywhere else you cant really pinch any fat.

ALSO during this diet should i be doing like a WSB or 5x5 or HST program? which would you guys reccomend?
