I need a good bulking routine....

any links or info on a good bulking routine?

Lets say hypothetically that i have done a cycle of dbol only before and had outstanding gains and did not lose alot. I have good genetics and did great on creatine (did not mean to curse) before that. Lets say my next cycle looks like the info below, and i am into the strength only portion for now. How would you hit the steel? Oh yeah....adjust my cycle if need be......

Week 1: 750 mg testo-depot/30 mg anabol tabs daily
Week 2: Same
Week 3: 500 mg testo-depot/30 mb anabol tabs daily
Week 4: Same
Week 5: 500 mg testo-depot
Week 6: Same
Week 7: Same
Week 8: Same
Week 9: Same

Before any jumps it, I will throw in some clomid, and I am not really concerned with gyno since apparently i am not prone 2 it from past dealings...lots of water and a gram of protein per pound or more etc.....

I just seem to have trouble with getting a routine down....plus i work 12-16 hours a day 5 days a week.....
 
There's really no big secret bulking routine. You basically do the same stuff, but with higher weights and less reps. But honestly, if you are working that much I don't know how you can get a good work out and then get a good nights sleep. You'll only have a couple hours left to sleep!
 
i have the same problem with work, so I hear you.


Diet, lots of clean food, train but don't over train, lift heavy to failure, rest, rest and rest some more.

From a cycle perspective to gain, I would add some EQ to your test and anabol. EQ is strongly anabolic with the test.
