I have been reading the Arnold Encyclopedia...

And there are some very good points he makes... has any one read this and used some of his ideas ... like on... diet up to the week before the comp. then start "carbing", he says it takes at least 3days to replenish the glycogen stores.. and keep drinking water up to the evening before the show and then drink half as much....

it just sounds like some good stuff
 
I haven't read it, but I do deplete carbs and use the last 3 days to load. I start cutting my water in half the Wednesday of the show though. I'm sure the encyclopedia is a valuable tool, but you may have to tweak things to find what works best for you. Good luck on the 26th, you'll have to post pics up.

i got 8 weeks and i am def leaning up a lot, i hope i am goin to be all ready contest day.
