I feel like a screwball for bringing natural pb into work every day in my cooler but I'm all pissy today because I forgot it. When I'm between meals and dying for carbs a little spoon of that makes it all better.
I luuurve my ANPB!! I leave mine at home but it is part of my first meal at 5:30pm when I get back after work. I look forward to it all the way on my one hour commute home. Although sometimes it also tempts me to leave work early since my stomach is growling and I start drooling thinking about my 1 tbsp of ANPB.
Btw, I only limit myself to 1 tbsp a day so I continue to cherish it and look forward to it.
If I'm low on fat for the day I'll have a tablespoon or so at the end of the day. But sometimes just a teaspoon will be enough to get me through a rough moment.
I had a coworker tell me yesterday that pb makes you fat. Oh really?

I just remembered a stash of raw unsalted almonds in my desk so I'll survive. Yeah!
I should put a jar in the fridge here. I write my name on everything huge with hot pink sharpies so nobody takes it. But I don't think people would want what I'm eating a lot of the time anyhow.

That's what I did when I worked.....Used one of those plastic take out "fancy" type restaurant bags & stapled a Post it with my name on it to the bag & kept all kinds of stuff in it.....my coworkers looked at me like I was crazy....
I'd probably forget the bug was in there and freak out Sassy. lol
I let myself cow out all winter and wound up putting on 15 pounds. It was very depressing. I'm down 10 pounds now though and now I'm really sticking to what I'm doing. The "before" pictures are just horrifying but they sure are motivating. It's really nice to make progress.
