I've decided to start a full-blown bulking diet instead of that stupid "lifting weights while losing BF" shtick that never works.
It's kind of a wierd psychological thing because now that I know I don't have to watch what I eat (as much), I'm not having any "cravings". I can now eat a big, greasy, disgusting sausage or a fat, huge, lard-covered steak without any guilt.
