I've decided to start a full-blown bulking diet instead of that stupid "lifting weights while losing BF" shtick that never works.

It's kind of a wierd psychological thing because now that I know I don't have to watch what I eat (as much), I'm not having any "cravings". I can now eat a big, greasy, disgusting sausage or a fat, huge, lard-covered steak without any guilt.

Bulking is not a carte blanche for eating what you want bro... is dieting just the same, just with more food...

you don't keep an eye on what you eat and you will gain A LOT of fat together with the muscle... Fat you will need to shed anyhow later on if you want the muscle to show

I'm talking about being able to eat 2500-3000 calories, while still cutting out stuff like bad fats and simple carbohydrates. That leaves room for a lot of clean, yet delicious, food.
