I Commited Dietary Suicide Yesterday

Sigh...I've been eating so well for like 2-3 weeks, pretty much doing everything right. Keep in mind, I'm 5'6 131 lbs and that my calorie intake should be around 2000, MAYBE 2500-3000 while bulking. This happens to me like...once every 2 weeks. I guess I just can't handle being on a diet... :worried:


Breakfast =

4 slices provologne cheese
4 slices white bread
turkey breast
roast beef
1/4 jug of apple sauce
1/2 can of Bush BBQ beans
1 diet rite

Lunch=

2 slices provologne cheese
1/2 can Bush BBQ beans
3 slices white bread
3 TBSP butter
1 small tin of red caviar
1 diet rite

Post-Lunch/Pre-Dinner

1/4 jug of apple sauce
1Avocado
1 Diet Rite

Dinner
1/2 of a Large California Pizza
2 Dove Ice Cream Bars

Post-Dinner (around 9:30 PM)
1/4 Large California Pizza
2 Dove Ice Cream Bars
1 Diet Rite

Now, I don't know exactly how many calories this is, but eyeballing it, it's about 4500-5000 calories pretty easy. JEEEEEZ this happens EVERY FRIGGIN TIME I work so hard, do cardio, etc., etc. but then I just go crazy and eat everything in sight.

Oh well...tehres always next week
 
Sounds like you're pretty lean and trying to put on size as it is. This happens to some extent to almost everyone that's seriously dieting in one direction or another, keeps you sane. Don't let this much happen again thats all, but if you're looking to grow, calories are your friend, just try to keep the majority clean. I'm sure none of what I just said is news to you though bro. :) keep :RADAR
 
Dood. I ate a double six dollar burger, chili cheese fries, and a large chocolate shake yesterday for my only meal. I was too busy to leave work, and when I did, I did that. I still feel sick. At least yours was throughout the day. I need to beer bong some metamucil or something.
 
OUCH for uncontrollable amounts of fat (albeit some good) mixed with simple carbs... that is gonna leave a mark...

anyway, get over it and train harder this week... hit that cardio
 
I've been leaving toxic chum trails all over the place that consist of "B" grade beef, "Y" grade chili, and dairy-ish milkshake. I've been grossing myself out.
 
I'm eating a pizza while reading this......stuck at work late with no clean food.

Don't feel bad. I know several bodybuilders that have perfect diets Monday through Saturday and then Sunday is 'more relaxed' eating. For churchgoers, it's hard to keep eating during the service.
