i cant put up ne weight on bench.
in the winter i maxxed out at 235. and a few months ago i did 190X6
and im back to the phasemof my werkout ware i bench 3 seets of 5.
today i did 170X5 strugled with 180X5 then went backl down and struggled 175X5
i just keep going down. my coaches an teamates think it is because me and my partner kill ourselves on squat.
i weight 180.
today i ended my squat on 390X5 and my partner 410X5
and neither one of us can bench ne thing.
how could i fit something into my werkout to help my bench???
