I usually drink 1 gallon of water a day..
I recently switched my diet up (thanks joe d.) and it now has 1/2 gallon of milk per day and 2-5 servings of juice (I'm going to try and cycle my carbs a bit..)..
Anyways do I get hydrated from all the milk and OJ/pom or should I drink a gallon of water with the other 3/4-ish gallon...
