I Have never posted before, but I have been looking for over a year now..... I will get to the point. I work out with Tabata Type Interval training... Meaning all my wieght traing is timed 30 sec on 10 sec reset, 4 diffrent excerises. example- Jump rope- push up- mountain climber-tricept pulldown-... I will do that for 16 rounds..... I loved it and have seen big improvement from the old cardio classes. My problem is I have a problem with my back and bottom... No moving legs at all while i recover Now what????
I Guess I should put it all out there and post pics.....
I want to lose more fat... not muscle.... Im on a low Carb Diet... Its clean, but could be better.
Here are my stats: Hieght 5'3 Wieght 137 BF 20% ( not sure) I did the hand held thing at the gym.
