how's my diet???

I am 32 yo. 6'1 200 lbs, down from 270 +.
Meal 1: Cereal w skim milk or a high protein mrp
Meal 2:MRP
Meal 3: tukey, or other lean meat on wheat bread
Meal 4: steak, chicken or other lean meat
Meal 5: Cottage cheese
meal 6: protein drink.Also, i drink a gallon and a half of water.Here is my Workout plan.Day 1 chest tris with 30 min cardio.day 2 back bis with cardio
day 3 45 min cardio day 4 legs with cardio day 5 shoulders with cardio day 6 45 min cardio day 7 OFF.Abs are every other day.Open for suggestions :)

Also, daily calories are around 1800, give or take 100.And protein is about 145 gm. daily
