How to use Clomid or Nolvadex

I just finished my first cycle. I did 1cc of deca 250 on Monday and Thursday for 8 weeks. I took 40mg of Dbol everday for the first five weeks. My last injection was Oct. 10. I didnt have any gyno effects as far as I can tell. Nipples felt a little raw but that is about it. When should I begin taking Clomid or Nolvadex and how much a day? Any info would be helpful. Thanks

Let me start off by saying you should have had this figured out long befor you started. PCT is almost more important than the cycle itself. Here it a good way to use it

Nolvadex day 1 60mg, day2-11 40mg day 12-21 20mg
Clomid day 1 300mg day 2 200mg day 3- 11 100mg and day 12-21 50mg

I think its 21 days after ur last shot for Deca but im not 100% Take Clomid

Day 1 300mg
day 2-23 100mg
day 24-38 50mg.
This is just one of the ways i do it. everyone is diff. U might not need that long do it day by day

Clomid pct 3 weeks after your last shot:
1 300mg
2-11 100mg
12-21 50mg
Run 20mg nolva along clomid to keep estrogen levels in check.

^^ That's the closest to what I would recommend.
You don't need to front load all that clomid though. 1 week at 100mg and one more at 50mg is fine. And use the nolva like he has there, 20mg/day for a month or so.

Not looking to start a flame, or get in arguments, but I'm very curious.... Where did 300mg of Clomid come from? I've been doing AAS for over 10yrs, and never came close to that dosage on Clomid.... Are there some new studies I don't know about? Sounds like you guys are loading Clomid like you would Creatine..... Seriously, is there a reason for this? Or are you guys just being cautious? Cause if you wanted to jump start your Test production, I would say HCG is the best choice, not 300mg of Clomid.... Thoughts????

Clomid has a long half life (5 days) so if you take 100mg every day the amount in your bloodstream is accumulating towards an equilibrium level of ~ 770mg. The idea of taking 300mg the first day is to get your bloodlevels closer to their peak levels sooner. Basically it's frontloading clomid.
