Ive tried so hard to stop eatting before I go to sleep. Ive spent numerous nights just tossing and turning with the most hungry feeling in the world. It's gotten to a point where my stomach will start aching and burning if I dont eat something when im tired. Ive tried just taking sleeping pills so I just get too tired to eat but then I'll wake up with the same stomach pains. I'll eat a little something and then I'll just go right back to sleep without any more tossing and turning. Ive tried just eatting a big dinner, that hasnt really helped. Ive tried eatting big breakfasts and that hasnt really helped.
If I absolutely must eat before I go to bed, or if I'm tossing and turning is there something that I can eat that wont be so bad for me? Any other recomendations?
