how to stop eatting before bedtime?

Ive tried so hard to stop eatting before I go to sleep. Ive spent numerous nights just tossing and turning with the most hungry feeling in the world. It's gotten to a point where my stomach will start aching and burning if I dont eat something when im tired. Ive tried just taking sleeping pills so I just get too tired to eat but then I'll wake up with the same stomach pains. I'll eat a little something and then I'll just go right back to sleep without any more tossing and turning. Ive tried just eatting a big dinner, that hasnt really helped. Ive tried eatting big breakfasts and that hasnt really helped.

If I absolutely must eat before I go to bed, or if I'm tossing and turning is there something that I can eat that wont be so bad for me? Any other recomendations?

Some kind of lean protein a tablespoon of peanut butter or olive oil and a shit load of fiber (celery is my choice) and water to fill you up. I mean if your THAT hungry where your stomach is aching, then your body must need something. If your worried about the extra calories lower the amount you eat throughout the day. Peace
 
When you're sleeping you're growing... Protein is the building block of muscle. Why wouldn't you load up on protein before you go to bed? Just avoid the carbs and bad fats...

Chicken + Veggies - Why the hell not?

Fucking a right. Nothing wrong with eating before bed. Just need to eat right.
 
Large hydroponic Tomato. Slice it. Put on some pepper, balsamic dressing, and salt.

Maybe do a protein shake as well.
 
Take 1 Scoop of Whey and 1-2 Scoops of Citrucel Sugar Free Fiber.

It will fill you up.
Its good for your Body
It will help clean you out
It taste good...
