How to get really hard and really dry for my photo shoot.

Hey guys I got a photo shoot for my after pics from my shredder stack (Love the results!) in the next week or so. I'm lookin pretty damn hard and dry right now but really want to take it over the top. I'm currently gettin about 2gallons of water a day and cutting the sodium to about 500mg a day as well. I've also takin my carbs down to a 4day a week cycle and then a moderate 1-2 day carb refeed which as of this morning made me look absolutely rediculous. Again I'm wanting to get over the top. I know I still got more water to loose and more veins and striations to see. Please help me out guys. I'm not running any AAS other then Beast/katana so suggesting Halo, Mast, or Winny. But thanks for the help dudes!
 
Luckily you can easily get ready for a shoot.

Keep sodium high until last week before shoot. Then take some salt an hour or two before your shoot.

Keep carbs low the last week...add in some Snickers bars 3-5 hours before shoot.

Do HIIT cardio even morning on empty stomach. Do giant set training as well on lifting days.

Thanks Bros! I read the Skiploading, Carb cycling, and water intake article future put up, but There aint no way in hell I can take in 3-4 gallons of water a day! I've been mustering 2. Hey Future, I got a question. Why the Snickers Bar? Cause That sounds crazy, but I love snickers so I'll do it! Plus whats a Giant Set Training....sorry I'm not so familiar with cool stuff like that.

PS. Sonic, I did a mini UD2/Refeed over the weekend to see how the body would react. On sunday I woke up looking more shredded vascular and Mucle-y then I have ever looked. I stared at the mirror for a lot longer than a normal person should. I seriously looked completely different.
 
Carbs and salt while keep water restricted will fill you out. Again you gotta drop the water though.

Cool Cool Future. Thanks for your help big guy! So let me run this by you and see if it's correct

If my photo shoot is lets say 1week from today,9/21 I would keep my sodium high for this week(3g a day is what I think was in your article) till about thursday then I drop it. 500mg ok? Plus I've been running at 50-80g of carbs a day is this right? So do that until the shoot then do the snickers thing you reccommended. I've been intaking water at about 2gallons a day when and to what amount should I decrease it? Also More like full body workouts this week?

PS. Future I gotta admit(No homo here) Dude, you are freakin beasty! One of the few really big, and super strong guys I've seen that's really lean and awesome abs ta boot! I seriously watch your training videos to get pumped and ready to lift for the day!....again that sounds gay but whatever..
 
I know this thread is old, but when i was doing modelling, i used glycerol monostearate, i think thats how its spelt in english, 3 g 2 hours before the photo shoot, gives your skin extra dryness, and your muscles appear fuller and more vascualar.
Im not a big fan of sodium fluctuations, i prefer lowering carbs the week of the competition, or photo shoot, then adding them in the morining of the competition, and doing a good workout, the other thing that works great is using saunas the week before. Everyone is different though, so it depends on the individual.
