29, 110kg, bench-140kg, squat-150kg deadlift- 130kg. I rarely max lift and have had a history of hernia and lower back probs, so I'm more of a strict form guy
Idk have a clue on my orm. My max squat was 365x10@ 205#. Bench if I remember was 225x20? No clue on deads as I dont try to go much over 315 for reps/sets?
I just do my own thing no programs..I know many that do 5x5 and all the other ones out there. My typical flat day would be 135x10

I did do a 5x5 for a few weeks recently to try it did 315x5 for 5 sets but the 5x5 is not for me. I change it up and do DB every now and then..max on them is 150lbs for flat. I may get in a kick and start incline bench for a month straight, max on incline I ever did was 365lbs but I was around 220lbs.
Shoulder doesn't work well any more so I haven't done a barbell bench press in maybe 8 years?
Haven't tried a 1 rep max in a long time but I'm thinking I can squat 405.
Dead lift around 400 again haven't tried a 1 rep max in years.
